"Ultra Depth" and related marks are trademarks used by ICS. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site; use the Site to transmit harmful or unlawful material; or use automated means to scrape or harvest content without permission.

Certain materials on this Site are offered for sale as downloadable digital products. By completing a purchase you agree to the terms in this section.

Payment is processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your card or bank details. Prices are displayed in US dollars.

On completion of payment you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download the file and use it for your own private listening. You may not resell, redistribute, share, broadcast, upload, or otherwise make the recordings publicly available, in whole or in part, or incorporate them into other works without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted remain with ICS International Co., Ltd.

Download links remain valid for 30 days from purchase. If a link expires or fails, contact us and we will resend it.

Refunds and the limitation of the right of withdrawal for downloadable content are governed by our Refund Policy.

SECTION 8 — Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
