A third-generation hypnosis paradigm, rooted in the Ultra Depth™ lineage
Who We Are
ICS International advances a third-generation hypnosis paradigm in which the subconscious is approached as a partner, not an object of control. Its work rests on two structural pillars: ICS Hypnosis as its core tool, and ICS Purification and Communication as its guideline. The name ICS stands for Inner Communication with Self by PRESENCE — a framing in which inner inquiry begins with the cultivation of presence, and through it, with genuine communication between the conscious mind and the subconscious.

We envision a world where people across the globe fully exist in the present moment and achieve peace — through ICS Hypnosis as a tool for inner exploration, and ICS Purification and Communication as practical guidelines.
Standing in the Lineage
ICS International stands within the Ultra Depth™ lineage of Walter Sichort and James R. Ramey. Its founders, Dong-gyu Moon and Dong-hyun Kwon, trained directly under Ramey and were certified by him as the two Educators for Korea. From 2012 onward, they operated Ultra Depth™ Korea, the official Korean branch of Ultra Depth™ International (UDI). After Ramey's passing in 2016, they accepted the title of Head Educators of UDI, formally approved by the organization and publicly announced on its official website at the time. In later years, UDI ceased active operation. ICS International was established by Moon, Kwon, and their colleagues to carry the lineage forward in a developed form. In this paradigm, the Ultra Depth™ Process serves as the structural foundation, with a range of additional programs integrated above it — the third-generation form the organization continues to develop.

The Founders
Dong-gyu Moon — President & Co-founder
Dong-gyu Moon trained directly under James R. Ramey and was certified by him as one of two Educators for Korea. He has practiced as a hypnotherapist since the mid-2000s, teaching alongside his clinical work throughout. As President and Co-founder of ICS International, he serves as Master Trainer of ICS Hypnosis and directs the Seoul headquarters. Before encountering Ultra Depth™, he had studied widely across the field: he is a Certified Master Hypnosis Trainer (ABH, American Board of Hypnotherapy), a Certified Parts Therapy Trainer under C. Roy Hunter, a Certified Mesmerism Trainer under Marco Paret (ISI-CNV), a Certified Hypnotherapist (IACT), a Certified Hypnotist (NGH), and a Certified 5-PATH® Hypnotist, among other credentials. He is the author of three hypnosis books in Korean, including The Masterkey to Consciousness (2016) and Hypnosis, Third Generation: Beyond the Ego (2020).
Dong-hyun Kwon — Co-founder & Director
Dong-hyun Kwon trained directly under James R. Ramey alongside Moon and was certified by him as one of two Educators for Korea. A hypnotherapist since the mid-2000s, she has accumulated a substantial body of clinical cases over the decades. As Co-founder and Board Member of ICS International, she serves as a Trainer of ICS Hypnosis and directs the Busan regional branch. She is a Certified Master Hypnosis Trainer (IACT), a Certified Hypnosis Trainer (ABH), a Certified Parts Therapy Trainer under C. Roy Hunter, a Certified Hypnotist (NGH), and a Certified Hypnotherapist (ABH), among other credentials. With Moon, she was instrumental in introducing the Ultra Depth™ Process and the Client-Centered Approach to Korea.
The Board
Headquartered in Seoul with regional operations in Busan, ICS International is governed by a five-member Board of Directors — all co-founders, and all Trainers of ICS Hypnosis. Alongside Moon and Kwon, the board includes Young-hyun Lee, who developed and leads several of the organization's core programs — ICS Purification and Communication and ISIP (the ICS Spiritual Insight Process), for which she serves as Master Trainer, as well as ICS Self-Hypnosis and the ICS Money Matrix Protocol; Seo-jun Kim, a Certified Ultra Depth™ Facilitator and Trainer of ICS Enneagram; and Jin-ha Kim, a Certified Ultra Depth™ Facilitator and Facilitator of ICS Healing Circle, a group-session program he developed within ICS.
Ongoing Work
ICS International Press has published Ultra Depth: The Third Generation of Hypnosis, the first comprehensive English-language account of the Ultra Depth™ Process. Since 2024, ICS International has also published a semiannual member periodical, ICS by Presence, documenting the ongoing development of its work, and is currently expanding its operations internationally.
