Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products (including audio/MP3 files) sold through this Site by ICS International Co., Ltd.
1. Nature of Digital Products
Our digital products are delivered electronically. Once your payment is received, a download link is sent to you by email and shown on the order confirmation page. For security reasons, each download link remains active for 30 days after purchase. If you are unable to download your file within that period, please contact us and we will resend it.
2. Right of Withdrawal and Its Limitation
Under the Republic of Korea's Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc., a purchaser ordinarily has the right to withdraw a purchase within 7 days (or within the period required by the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence, where longer). For digital content, however, this right does not apply once the download has begun, provided that the purchaser was clearly informed of this limitation before purchase and gave consent. By completing a purchase and starting the download, you acknowledge and agree that your right of withdrawal is forfeited for that item.
3. Before You Purchase
Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, please review the product description and listen to the preview sample provided for each item before buying. The preview is offered so that you can assess the content in advance.
4. Refunds for Technical Issues
If a file is defective, corrupted, or cannot be downloaded due to a fault on our side, and the problem cannot be resolved, we will provide a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order details.
5. Payment and Processing
Payments are processed through PayPal. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing times depend on PayPal and the card issuer.
