This set contains two programs. Read the guide for each one before your first session. Both guides are also included in your download as PDF files.
ULTRA DEPTH™ RELAXATION
Set aside a full hour, free of interruption. Disconnect the telephone, settle any pets or children in another room, and tell those around you that you need privacy for about an hour. Listen through a pair of good-quality headphones. Recline if you can, or lie down.
This guided recording is intended to take you into a deeper level of relaxation than you have experienced before — toward the Sichort State, or toward a deep letting go of your own. Do not try to concentrate on the voice, or to follow the words closely. Listen, and let yourself be carried by what unfolds.
Give your attention to the opening instructions. After that, let go. You may lose awareness altogether, or afterwards feel that you simply fell asleep. Either is fine, and neither is a failure.
Do not look for a dramatic or unusual experience of consciousness. What this work does is loosen something inward and raise the activity of the subconscious — and that happens whether or not you were aware of it at the time.
The recording closes with instructions for coming up out of the relaxed state. When you come up, do not get up immediately. Your body may still be going through a rejuvenating process. Take your time.
ULTRA DEPTH™ SELF-HYPNOSIS CONDITIONING
Begin with the Relaxation program. This one is intended to follow it rather than to replace it.
Set aside about half an hour, free of interruption. Listen through a pair of good-quality headphones. Recline if you can, or sit comfortably.
This is a conditioning program that links the relaxed state to a generic keyword. Do not try to concentrate on the voice, or to follow the words closely. Listen, and let yourself be carried by what unfolds.
Afterwards, do not get up immediately. Take your time.
REGULAR USE
The more often you listen, the greater the benefit. It may take several sessions before you notice any benefit.
Recommended: once a day, three to four times a week.
WARNING
Do not listen to these recordings while driving or operating machinery.
